Casey keeps your commitments on cadence.
Tell Casey what you want to do and how often, like a run three times a week or a call home every week. Casey finds the time on your Google Calendar and books it in. Get sick, take a holiday or get slammed at work, and your calendar heals itself, with no pile-up.
How Casey works
- You set the cadence
- Say what you want to do, how often, roughly how long it takes, and the times of day that suit you.
- Casey plans it
- Casey places each one into free time on your calendar, around the events already there.
- Your week changes, the plan keeps up
- When a meeting lands on top of a planned block, or you need a week off, Casey moves things to where they fit instead of letting them pile up.
Why Casey asks for your Google Calendar
Casey schedules on your Google Calendar, so it asks for access when you sign in with Google. With that access, Casey:
- reads your list of calendars, so you can choose which ones Casey schedules around and which one it writes to;
- reads the events on the calendars you choose, so it only books time when you are free;
- creates, moves and deletes the events it schedules for you, on the calendar you pick or on a calendar of its own that it can create for you;
- reads your main calendar's time zone, so it plans in your local time.
Casey uses this data only to schedule for you, and never sells it. The use of information received from Google Workspace scopes will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The privacy policy covers what Casey stores and how to delete it.
