Acceptance of Terms

By signing in to and using Casey, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Casey is a personal productivity application that integrates with Google Calendar to help you schedule and track recurring tasks. The service is currently in early access and is provided as-is.

Your Account

• You must have a valid Google account to use Casey. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Casey account.
• You must not share your account with others or use Casey on behalf of third parties without authorisation.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Casey for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The use of information received from Google Workspace scopes will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Casey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scheduling suggestions will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casey and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Casey after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
